// OUR PROCESS

1. Consultation

Project Kick-Off & Leak Identification

Identifying leaking equipment, then follow procedures to measure the leak rate and pinpoint its source.

2. Preparation

Mobilization & Leak Testing

The onshore team will dispatch the necessary sealing chemicals, systems, and equipment for connection to the well system or topside equipment.
Once the SealMor team arrives on site, they will work with the client’s team to rig up, perform leak-off tests, and confirm both the leak point and leak rate.

3. Completion

Leak Sealing Operations

Based on the findings from Step 2, the SealMor team will:

    • Plan the appropriate chemical mix.
    • Determine the method of delivering chemicals to the leak point.
    • Begin injection gradually to build pressure and seal the leak.
    • If needed, pump additional chemicals over the leak point.
